A connection community for women
Welcome to the Bestie Squad
Hey, I'm Danielle. For years I had a full life and an empty Tuesday night, the woman everyone assumed had it figured out. I was friendly with just about everyone and truly close with almost no one.
Nobody hands you a method for this, so I built one: a small group of women who choose each other on purpose, week after week, until the connection becomes real.
Start by finding out how you actually connect, bestie.
Raise your hand if making friends as an adult is harder than anyone admits.
You've been to the thing. You've exchanged the numbers. You've sent the follow-up text that never got answered.
You're plenty good with people. It's everything after the first ten minutes that nobody ever explained.
One woman called it throwing pasta at a wall to see what sticks. Two years, thirty events, no one to call.
Bestie, nobody ever taught you that real connection is something you build on purpose.
Start here · 10 questions · 3 minutes
How do you actually connect?
Spark, Beam, Glow, Flame. Knowing yours changes what you stop apologizing for, and it's how we match you to your people.
The membership
A place that's already yours
You'll be matched into a small group of women who meet the same night every week, with a host whose actual job is to notice who's gone quiet, so there's nothing to organize and no one to chase down, bestie.
The same women, the same night, whether or not you came the time before.
Together, on purpose
How we show up for each other
Some of it happens in a room together and some of it happens on your phone at 11pm. Both count, bestie, and both are built on purpose.
Meet-ups
Small, informal, and built around what you're actually into. A few women, a coffee shop or a trailhead, no agenda beyond seeing each other.
Retreats
A couple of days away with the women you've been showing up for all year. This is where the connection you've been building stops being theoretical.
Events
Bigger ticketed gatherings when we want to do something properly, opened wider than the weekly groups so you can bring someone who needs this too.
Between gatherings
A digital space that's actually safe
Our online community is curated on purpose and kept that way. It's a place to say the true thing, the unpolished one, and be met by women who want to hear it. You get to be seen and supported here without performing a version of yourself first.
The method
Meaningful connection is built on purpose.
The Roadmap replaces guesswork with four stages, the same path behind every Bestie Squad group.
-
The acquaintance ceiling
You're good with people. What nobody taught you is what comes after the first ten minutes.
-
Choosing the same people again
The same women, again and again, until being together stops feeling like small talk.
-
Matched effort
A host who notices, and a rotation so no one woman ends up carrying the whole group.
-
It stops being optional
Somewhere around the sixth or eighth time together, people start following up without being asked.
The difference
What changes when you live this on purpose
You show up. Someone else hosts.
You go deeper with the same women, week after week.
You're matched with people who reach for you as often as you reach for them.
You're surrounded by women who genuinely want to be around you.
You're building connection that compounds, automatically.
You KNOW someone would notice if you disappeared.
Why it works
The same women. The same night. Every week.
Meaningful connection grows when the same women keep choosing to be in a room together, and on the weeks you can't make it, someone notices.
A personal letter
From Danielle
Bestie, the truth is you're embarrassed to admit you want real connection.
Nobody tells you that feeling surrounded but never quite known is its own kind of lonely, and that admitting you want more can feel more embarrassing than the loneliness itself. So most of us just don't say it out loud. We smile. We say we're fine. We keep being fine.
But here's the thing: the women who feel deeply connected didn't stumble into it. They decided to build it, and then they kept choosing the same people long enough for it to become real. That's the whole secret, and it's completely learnable.
This is a place where you get to be celebrated by women who want you there, and it never asks you to perform or compete for a spot. Showing up is the only job you have.
And however long it's been since someone showed up for you first, we'll always make room for you here.
With love, Danielle 🖤
